I have a party to go to tomorrow night and I have a this white cocktail dress, it's strapless and has a black belt. I usually wear a black tank top under it, so atleast the top part of my body is covered as it is short. I have grey heels that I am thinking of wearing with the dress, is this ok? Or should I stick with the black shoes because of the black belt and tank top?

Clashing Logos

I'm sure you'll find my question funny, but it's a serious question. I'm male, and an NFL Football fan, but not the redneck many football fans can be. I have an astute fashion sense compared to most men, at least according to past girlfriends. I recently bought a Pittsburgh Steelers Soft Shell Jacket. It's all black, with a single yellow stripe running around a mock collar and halfway down the arm. The Steelers Logo is on the LEFT chest. I also have some all black Pittsburgh Steelers Shorts, with the Steelers Logo on the LEFT leg. The jacket and shorts are made of different fabrics, however. The jacket is stretch polyester soft shell, and the shorts are polyester mesh. Is it a fashion mistake to wear the jacket and shorts together? I would imagine it's a mistake, for the following reasons:
1. If it's cold enough for a jacket, you should be wearing pants.
2. When wearing a top & bottom that are the same color, the fabric of both must be identical. The matching logos on the left chest and left leg help bring the 2 together, but not enough.

I am an ugly 24Y man, and my problems are as follows:
- my skin is too white, I sometimes have pimples
- my chin is deformed, the left side is bigger
- I have good hair, no sign of balding except my hair has two large V shaped bald patches
- my eyebrows are way too thin (most girls even have bigger eyebrows than me)
- my nose is curved like an eagle, and maybe a bit too small
- I wear glasses, and sometimes contact lenses. The glasses have left a
red spot on my nose, and have curved a bit the bones near my temples
(I've had them since 7)
How do I cover these flaws to improve my looks?

Hi Bronny, My question is about the length of a woman's jacket or top. Stylists on TV makeover shows tell women to have the jacket/top length hit above the line of the crotch. I am age 52,5'8" tall, and wear a size 16/18. Is it really more slimming to wear shorter tops and jackets? Is there a right way to wear a long duster? Long tunic? Would you recommend leggings for my age group and size,or a different style of pants?

Hi Bronny,
I'm going to a wedding the end of this month. I am wearing a this dress and these shoes. I need some ideas re: accessories, make up and hair. I have long (mid back) reddish brown hair which is naturally wavy but I usually blow & straighten out. I'm no so great at complicated hairstyles. I wear minimal to no make up normally, but I am quite comfortable with applying eyeliner & shadow. I have blue/green eyes, lots of freckles and fair skin (I've been using self tanner and will darken a bit, but not to any sort of toasty color, by the time of the wedding). The dress actually comes with bra-like straps which I was thinking of replacing with those jeweled type you can buy. I'm not sure if they are tacky or not! I also don't know where to go to buy them in-person (I don't have time to order online). Also I was curious if you think those shoes are a good match. Looking forward to your response!
