Lounge suit for a guy means generally a suit that is less formal than a tuxedo or 'black tie'.  Usually men will wear the suit they have worn that day at work, or pull something out of the closet similar. In this situation I would say the same can be said for a girl, whatever you have worn to work (providing it is a professional environment) should be suitable.

Whilst being creative in your attire the one rule to stick to with ‘lounge suit’ is definitely no denim whatsoever.
