Whether you're a good Catholic school girl or not, it's coming up to that time of year when chocolate is enticing and you have to pull on your glad rags. Here's the Easter lowdown.
Good Friday, Easter Sunday and then there's recovery Monday. That's right it's Easter time which means one thing - chooooooocolate and kilo's of it, not just in your mouth but usually around your tumm, legs or bottom, wherever the bad fat accumulates - and it happens to all of us. So here's AskBronny's tips on how to handle Easter.
1. Family Gathering Treat this as you would any special occasion, pull your nice dress and shoes out of the closet. It's always nice to look good on a special occassion, even if it is just with your family. Wear the special clothes and all of a sudden you start feeling special. We like it.
2. Church Okay, some of you don't celebrate Easter - I'm certain of that. But for those of you that do, it's the same rule for Church as for the Family Gathering. Just one thing, not too much skin please. Keep it stylish otherwise crikey! 3. Attack of the Kilos The hardest thing at Easter time is getting all that chocolate, do you eat it in one go, do you hoard it, do you give it away? Maybe it's not a problem for you, but here at AskBronny well - what can we say - chocolate=kilo's !! So we recommend sharing your chocolate, giving some away and saving it up to eat gradually. Ah heck - shove it all in your gob if you really want, just make sure you make up for it with some activity - that means exercise!
4. Party Time Yep, Easter time usually equals party time, lot's of Good Friday parties, pub and club action. Treat it as you would any other going out to party occassion. We love opaques, boots and pocket dresses at the moment - sooooo groovy!
That's it for now ... have a fabulous Easter.
Love Bronny xxxx
