Where can I buy a longsleeved (below the elbow) maxi dress for day wear?  All the ones I've seen are sleeveless.  I've scoured London to no avail.  Please help!

The Maxi certainly has been a hot Summer item where the sun has shone over the past year. Hot in the seventies my suggestion would be to start scouring Vintage stores – head to Soho and inner city London and go through ever rack. It would seem you are ahead of the buyers if you’re not finding a long sleeved maxi yet in any shops.

Have you looked online yet? I found these hot Maxi’s that could be just what you are after. I love the cut of the first one.

Careful how you wear your long sleeved Maxi when you eventually find what you are looking for. A long sleeved Maxi can look like a Kaftan and possibly like you are swathed from head to toe in that one material.
