Hi Diana,

You might like to take a leaf out of the Japanese Harajuku girls. These ladies quite often incorporate knee highs into their outfits.

The early 90s was also a time of the knee high sock, generally the girls wore short pinafores or mini skirts with their knee high socks and runners.

Personally, i'm not too keen on the look, but on the right girl anything can look great.
