I think leggings look best with skate shoes, i'm assuming you mean the kind you wear that have wheels on the bottom. Or you could be talking about skate shoes as in the runners that you would wear skating! If it's the first, then leggings looks great with a bomber jacket. Think about what the ice skaters wear when they are skating. That kind of look will work. If you're talking the other, then tshirts and jeans usually look best.
