Matching The Right Hat To Wear With A Sapphire Dress |

QUESTION
Hi Bronny
I'm attending a wedding and I purchased a Sapphire dress with Sliver rhinestones below the bust. I purchased silver shoes to wear with the dress. The wedding is outside and I'm not a sun person, so I need a hat to wear with the dress. What color hat should I wear? Should the hat be in the blue family, can I wear a straw hat and can it be a wide brim hat? I like the wide brim hats.

Hi Vicki,
I'd love to see a picture of this dress! It would help me in answering your question. There are however a wide array of hats to choose from. I think the idea of a wide brim could work very well - think Audrey Hepburn.
A straw hat could work if it matched the color of the dress. What you want to try and achieve is a look that works from head to toe. Have a look at these for inspiration.
