The Money Riddle: Perception and Reality

Sharing is caring!

It can be particularly hard to figure out how much money you need to find the most meaning in your life. How hard do you work to have what kind of standard of living? What kind of sacrifices should you make to receive certain conveniences or pleasures? Those are tough questions, and a lot of it has to do with the perception of reality.

There are many things that you can do to push the results in your favour. You can act confidently. You can leverage your good looks to your advantage. You can use proper body language while interacting with people. And you can think about who your friends are. All of those things at least tangentially deal with how much money you have, and the reality of how vital your existence is.

Acting Confidently

If you learn to act confidently, money will tend to move its way in your direction. Managers are more confident than low-level workers. Presidents are more confident than managers. This way of presenting yourself boldly is synonymous with your ability to receive more money and deal with more stressful situations. If you aren’t making more money yet, by acting positively, you are making that path shorter.

Leveraging Good Looks

People are naturally attracted to things that look good. And that includes people’s appearances. So, whenever possible, you should leverage your good looks. Maybe you are a naturally beautiful or handsome person. Other times, you may need to adjust your appearance. Some women get breast augmentation. Some men get scar reduction. There are lots of different ways to tweak how you look so that you can better fit in with the community that makes the amount of money that you want.

Using Good Body Language

People who have more money use better body language. This goes hand-in-hand with confidence. Any people who look restricted, negative, or uncomfortable are not going to bring in the kind of resources that will make them naturally rich financially. Simple changes to make body language appear more natural and favorable to the outside world can make a huge difference in your ability to move up in society.

Who Are Your Friends?

One of the easiest ways to tell what kind of economic position a person is in will be to look at who their friends are. You’re going to judge other people like that, how do you think they are going to judge you? They are going to look at your friends, and they are going to make a call as to what financial circumstances you are in. Collectively, you and your friends will average a certain income level, and that’s how the outside world will perceive you.
